(Chyi Meei) has been devoted to developing and manufacturing a variety of natural and polycrystalline diamond dies, from the maximum 8 millimeters (8mm) to the finest 0.01 millimeters in dimension. Over the decades Chyi Meei has excelled its peers in extraordinary and highly stable manufacturing technology as well as strict requirements on quality control. |

| To further keep up our business competitiveness and to pursue cutting-edged manufacturing technology, Chyi Meei and Osaka Diamond Industrial Co., Ltd. (the precedent entity of A.L.M.T. Corp.) established a joint venture, promoting Chyi Meei to a higher quality in diamond dies precision as well as fulfilling our commitment to serving our customers better. In 2000 Chyi Meei expanded its business scale by moving into a brand new factory building located at Tainan Technology Industrial Park in Southern Taiwan. |

| On October 1, 2004, A.L.M.T. Corp. was established by a consolidation of Osaka Diamond Industrial Co., Ltd. and Tokyo Tungsten Co., Ltd. This consolidation, along with combination of professional know-how, has collectively brought Chyi Meei into a new era of outstanding manufacturing technology, high quality products and proficient manufacturing skills, as well as equipped Chyi Meei with concrete business strength in response to capricious challenge of the diamond tools market. |

| In 2002 Chyi Meei expanded its business involvement to diamond tools by starting its agency of A.L.M.T Corp. in Taiwan to market its products, such as diamond tools of Diamond Ultra Precision Cutting Tools (UPC), Diamond Wheel, Diamond Rotary Dressers, as well as raw materials for IT, semiconductor and electronics industries. |
